enogastronomical deposits. We will only mention the most representatives also because the
complete list is of 267. They are defined “traditional sourfood product “ the tipical product whose
the processing, the preservation and the seasoning methods are practicated in a certain territory in
an homogeneous way and according to the traditional rules extended in the time. The district of

We are in a rich and generous soil which offers a lot of products famous in all the world.
Bologna is situated in a geographical location where it’s easy to reach quickly the lands where it’s
produced the Parmigiano Reggiano or the Balsamic Vinegar.
The SAPORE BOLOGNESE association organizes enogastronomical tours where you see, you
touch and you taste a little part of Emilia Romagna.

   THE PARMIGIANO  REGGIANO - BALSAMIC VINEGAR-   TYPICAL LOCAL WINE
 
  Itinerary  A                    Duration time: 1 day          Destination: MODENA AND ENVIRONS
 
 - Visit to the cheese factory where it will be possible to see the processing of the PARMIGIANO  
   until the seasoning with the following tasting.  
                
 - Visit to a typical vinegar house exclusively dedicated to the BALSAMIC VINEGAR  
    production with the following tasting.  
                
- Lunch with a basis of balsamic vinegar in a typical restaurant.
 
 -Visit to a vine-growing and wine-producing hovel with the illustration of the journey of

THE HAM OF PARMA

Itinerary C                   Duration time: 1 day         Destination: Environs of Parma      
          
- Visit to a farm of Zibello to follow the phases of the famous cold cuts processing like the  
  Culatello, the pork sausage of Parma, the guanciale, the sausage, the bacon.  
 
- Cold cuts tasting with Lambrusco wine.
 
-Lunch to Langhirano in a typical restaurant.                                                                    
 
 -Visit to an ham house of Parma with the ham
   final tasting.

The proposed enogastronomical tours can be associated between them until a maximum of 3 days.
